Thank you for choosing XINSURANCE Racing. We use Printful to fulfill and ship all orders. Because of this, our shipping processes, timelines, and policies are tied to Printful’s operations. Below is what you and your customers should expect.
1. Order Fulfillment (Production)
- Once your order is placed and payment confirmed, it enters print-on-demand production via Printful.
- Most orders are fulfilled (i.e. printed, packed, and ready for shipment) within 2–5 business days.
- Over 97% of orders ship within 5 business days.
- Please note: “fulfillment time” does not include actual shipping/delivery time.
2. Shipping & Delivery Times
- After fulfillment, Printful ships orders using appropriate carriers depending on destination and service level.
- Typical shipping windows:
- Domestic (U.S.): 1–8 business days (varies by service)
- International: 5–20 business days (depending on region, customs, etc.)
- Domestic (U.S.): 1–8 business days (varies by service)
- Your Estimated Delivery Time (EDT) is the sum of fulfillment time + shipping time.
- These delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs, weather events, or other unforeseen factors.
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are not included in product prices. They depend on product category, distance, and destination.
- Printful automatically selects the optimal fulfillment center to minimize shipping distance and costs.
- Some items ship separately (e.g. mugs, blankets, framed prints) and may incur separate shipping charges.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- Orders crossing regional or national borders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- In some cases, Printful may ship DDP (“Delivered Duties Paid”) for certain regions (if your store supports it), which means duties/taxes are prepaid so the customer doesn’t pay at delivery.
5. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.
- If the carrier cannot deliver your package (wrong address, unclaimed, etc.), it may be returned to the Printful facility. Printful holds returned orders for 30 days at no cost.
- After 30 days, if no reshipment is requested, the order may be cancelled. If you ask for a reship, you may need to cover additional shipping costs.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- While Printful does quality checks, damage or mishandling during transit can occur. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us with photos and details within 30 days of delivery or the estimated delivery date.
- We will coordinate a problem report with Printful. If approved, we may issue a replacement.
- We are not responsible for losses due to theft or misdelivery once the package is confirmed delivered by the carrier.
7. Changes & Cancellations
- You may request a change or cancellation before the order enters fulfillment (i.e. while it’s in the “waiting for fulfillment” stage).
- Once production has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
- For manual orders or within your store platform’s capabilities, you may be able to override orders early on.
8. Communication & Tracking
- After Printful ships your order, you (and/or your customer) will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Tracking updates may take a few hours to a day to show in the carrier system.
- If the Estimated Delivery Time has passed, we recommend waiting an additional 5 business days before reporting a missing order (this aligns with Printful’s suggested buffer).
9. Disclaimer & Notes
- Our policy aligns with Printful’s policies, but this is our store’s commitment to you.
- Because Printful is a third-party provider, we rely on their operations. We will always assist you in resolving issues, but final fulfillment and carrier decisions might not always be under our control.
- We reserve the right to update this Shipping Policy to reflect changes made by Printful or carrier networks.
