Because each product is made-to-order through our print-on-demand partner, returns are only accepted in cases of damaged, defective, or misprinted items.

You may request a return or replacement within 30 days of receiving your order if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or otherwise defective.
All items must be in unworn, original condition with tags/packaging intact (if applicable).
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
If the product was purchased at a discount or as part of a limited promotion, exchanges may be limited to items of equal or lesser value.
Final sale items (such as clearance or promotional sales) are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

Our products are carefully produced by Printful, but manufacturing defects can occur. If you experience any product malfunction or defect within 30 days of your purchase:

Email us at sales@xinsurance.com with your name, order number, and clear photos of the defect.
Once reviewed, we will issue a replacement at no extra cost if the defect is confirmed.

Warranty applies only to orders placed directly through xinsurancesports.com. For items purchased through a retailer, please contact that retailer directly.

LOST & MISSING PACKAGE POLICY

If your package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier but you did not receive it, please first check with neighbors or your local post office.
If the package is still not located, you may file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed.
If you added Shipping Protection at checkout, you may file a claim for reimbursement or replacement through that provider.

ORDER PROCESSING

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation.
Orders typically take 2–5 business days to be fulfilled (printed and packed).
Once fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.
